Have the Adventure of a Lifetime in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming in Utah!
Be part of a small, intimate group as you explore and experience one of the most iconic parks in the US. Your Yellowstone National Park adventure starts in Salt Lake City and takes you on a journey of discovery through Utah and Wyoming. You’ll do everything from whitewater rafting down the Snake River, to true western entertainment from the Bar J Wranglers and even an aerial tram ride to the top of the Grand Tetons Range. There are also short hikes to the many wonders of Yellowstone National Park including geysers, boiling pots, colored pools and native wildlife viewpoints!

Day 1: Salt Lake City to Yellowstone
The first day of this tour will be about meeting each other and setting off for the amazing Yellowstone National Park!
The initial meeting point will be at the Hilton Garden Inn near the Salt Lake City airport at 10:30 a.m. Your guide will meet you there and gather your luggage into our van. From there, we’ll drive together toward Yellowstone, about 5.5 hours away.
We’ll make a stop for lunch and a leg stretch along the way. Once we arrive at our accommodations near Yellowstone, you can take in the crisp, clean air and surrounding beauty of the area. That afternoon will find us at the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, where beautiful bears and wolves who can no longer live in the wild are taken care of. Dinner that night will be at our lodging.

Day 2: Yellowstone National Park, Upper Loop & Geyser Basin
After breakfast at our lodge, we’ll set off toward the stunning Mammoth Hot Springs, where you’ll see beautiful cascading pools and colorful mineral enclosures.
We’ll enjoy a picnic on the lawn of this lovely area, with unforgettable views of the surrounding park.
After lunch, we will venture on to the Grand Upper Loop toward Norris Geyser Basin. Here we will enjoy a gentle walking loop with several steam vents and small natural geysers!
After our interesting walk, we’ll head to West Yellowstone for dinner.

Day 3: Yellowstone National Park, Lower Loop & Old Faithful
Our day will begin with the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, a gorgeous yellow chasm with waterfalls — a true treat for the eyes!
After having a picnic lunch, we’ll drive through Hayden Valley, with a chance to see exciting wildlife like wolves, bison, black bears, grizzlies and bighorn sheep. Though we cannot guarantee animal sightings, this will be a good opportunity to get a glimpse of wildlife!
Our afternoon will be spent visiting the famous geyser that attracts millions each year to the park, Old Faithful. We’ll make sure to get great seats to enjoy the show!
To finish off the day, we’ll peruse the Visitors Center and enjoy a group dinner at the famous Yellowstone Lodge.Meals included this day: breakfast, lunch & dinner.
DAY 4: Grand Prismatic Springs And Lake Yellowstone
This morning, we will check out of our Yellowstone lodging and pack up the van, ready to hit the road. We’ll venture to Grand Prismatic Springs, where jaws will drop at the rainbow-colored geothermal feature. As we begin to leave the park, Yellowstone will provide us with a final gem: the famous Yellowstone Lake. Known for more astounding views and unspoiled natural beauty stretching as far as the eye can see, it is the perfect parting gift.
We’ll continue on our journey to the Grand Tetons. It will be a slightly longer driving day (3 hours), but the route is brimming with fantastic scenery!
Along the way, we’ll stop for lunch at Jenny Lake and guests can enjoy a short boat ride over to Colter Bay, where you will find a simple half-mile hike to Hidden Falls.
Once we arrive at our Teton accommodations, we’ll relax over dinner and share stories from the day.

Day 5: Rafting on Snake River & Western Entertainment
After breakfast, the morning will be spent Floating down the Snake River. This is guaranteed to be one of your favorite memories you will take home. As we float along this river, you will see a gorgeous span of the Rocky Mountains, finding inspiration in your surroundings.
After our float, we will saunter into Jackson, Wyoming, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a real western town in all its glory. In the evening, we’ll have a special dinner at the Jackson Hole Playhouse, followed by a locally-produced play. This is a hit among many guests!

Day 6: Tram Ride up the Tetons, Hiking Phelps Lake & Back to Salt Lake City
We’ll start the day with an aerial tram ride to the nearby peaks which deliver breathtaking views of the Tetons mountain range. Expect jagged mountains, snow-capped tops and panoramic views of pristine wilderness.
We’ll take the tram back down then head for lunch at a pizza place in Jackson Hole. After lunch, we’ll get in the van to make our way back south towards Salt Lake City which will take about 4.5 hours.
We’ll enjoy our final night together by sharing dinner. As a group, we’ll make sure to exchange addresses and pictures, so we may keep our new friends and experiences close to our hearts.

Day 7: Departure Day
Sadly today is departure day, but we are sure you’ll be leaving with many great memories, experiences and new found friends! Enjoy a nice breakfast before you check out of the hotel and a shuttle service to the airport will be provided for you to get to the airport when needed.

We suggest you bring clothing for each day (light layers), shoes and socks appropriate for hiking on rocks, sand, gravel, pavement, and a warm coat and trousers too. We’d also recommend a rain poncho or similar light rain gear, sunscreen, a hat and/or sunglasses, and a camera. If you have special dietary needs or preferences, you may want to bring a few of your own snacks.

Yellowstone National Park weather is always changing – it’s a four-season destination! Because elevations inside Yellowstone National Park range from 5,280 feet to 11,400 feet, visitors should not be surprised if the park’s weather changes without a moment’s notice. We advise you pack plenty of light layers, shorts, pants, a hat, sunglasses, a warm coat and a rain poncho.

For this tour 3 nights accommodation will be provided in West Yellowstone, and 2 nights near the Grand Tetons. One night’s accommodation will also be provided for the night before departure at the Hilton Garden Suites, near the Salt Lake City Airport.

Gratuity or tipping is a personal option and is completely up to you. You may request to have it added into your tour balance or tip your guide directly at the end of your tour. Customary gratuity is 15% of your tour price.
